Well, since the formation of the new brand Oath by Yahoo, they are no longer associated with the AT& T email service provider. So, if you want to access the Yahoo account, you will have to open the Yahoo mail to check all the mail. You can't open the att mail sign-in page to access Yahoo Mail.
ATT has informed its users for the same when some people start reporting errors like ' att email not working ' or ' att email login error '. Since the announcement, the ATT customers are no longer be able to access Yahoo and Tumblr using their ATT email ID. And all the ATT sub-brands like BellSouth, Sbcglobal, and others are also not allowed by Yahoo.
And the users who have affected this kind of issue have to update their email addresses to something with a different domain. Who is affected by this issue can change the email address using the following steps listed here?
1. Open the Yahoo mail and then click on the Settings located under the Account menu option.
2. Now, click on the pencil located to the email address' s right, and it will give you the option to update the email address.
3. Update the email address and confirm the password and then click on the Save Changes button.
