Facebook Jail is a term used for serious punishment in situations like when users post inappropriate content, misbehave with someone on Facebook, and break Facebook rules, etc. Facebook blocks someone’s account and its power to perform any activity on Facebook as a serious punishment.
However, you can appeal in front of Facebook in case you thought that your account has been disabled mistakenly with following these given steps:
1. Open ‘My Facebook account has been disabled’ page and click on the ‘Submit an Appeal’ next to the line that reads “If you think your account was disabled by mistake, please".
2. After that, an appeal form will open and in that fill your name, email address, and phone number related to your Facebook account.
3. Then, simply upload a picture of yours as an identity proof and to do so click on ‘Choose files,’ then select ‘Pictures’ and then click on ‘Open’ to upload it.
4. Lastly, click on the ‘Send’ button to submit your appeal to Facebook in order to get out of Facebook Jail.
